Bamboo


Bamboo Original Band Members:

  • Francisco "Bamboo" Mañalac - vocals

The official announcement was made on their Official Website - http://www.bamboo.com.ph, but the site no longer exist.

Bamboo announced that the band is over.

Sugarfree


Sugarfree Original Band Members:

  • Ebe Dancel - vocals
  • Jal Taguibao - bass/back-up vocals
  • Kaka Quisimbing - drums


Sugarfree announced last January 7, 2011 on Sugarfree's website  about Ebe's departs from the band starting February 2011.

"Dear friends:


Thank you for supporting Sugarfree for the past 11 years.


By the end of February 2011, our bandmate, Ebe Dancel, will be leaving the band. We would like to express our support in Ebe’s pursuits. Please attend our series of send-off gigs for Ebe.


Sugarfree will still continue its own musical journey. We will keep you posted regarding the future activities of the band.

6 Cycle Mind


6 Cycle Mind Original Band Members:

  • Ronel “Ney” Dimaculangan – vocals
  • Ryan “Rye” Sarmiento – guitars, vocals
  • Carlos “Chuck” Isidro – guitars
  • Roberto “Bob, Bobby” Cañamo – bass
  • Tutti Caringal – drums


Chuck, 6 Cycle Mind's guitarist is no longer on the band for a personal reason. While Ney, vocalist of the band has his peacefully exit according to Tutti. Tutti Caringal is now the lead vocalist of the band and Hebert Hernandez, former guitarist of Moonstar88, was the replacement for Chuck Isidro's vacated slot.




Champ Lui Pio, former Hale vocalist


Champ Lui Pio, former vocalist of Hale who decided to leave the group (Hale other members: Roll Martinez, Sheldon Gellada and Paolo Santiago) last August of 2010. He decided to go solo and to explore his acting career.


Now, he has release his first solo album entitled "Synergy". Synergy is a 10 cut solo albu with collaboration from different artist and genra like from soul (Julianne Tarroja), to punk (Chris Padilla of Hilera), to folk (Noel Cabangon), to rock (Chito Miranda of Parokya ni Edgar), and rap (Gloc-9) with Monty Macalino of Mayonnaise, Ferdie Marquez and Angee Rozul as co-producers.
